About Us
We build things that people step inside.
Sometimes that means escape rooms. Sometimes immersive installations, touring sets, or temporary structures that need to work hard in demanding environments. The format changes. The principle doesn’t.

Good immersive work isn’t just about spectacle. It’s about control. Sightlines. Durability. Timing. Flow. The quiet mechanics that allow an experience to feel effortless. We are interested in what makes something hold together — physically, operationally, and narratively — once the doors open.
Much of our work sits between disciplines. Creative teams want ambition. Operators need reliability. Venues have constraints. Audiences have expectations. We work in that space — translating ideas into structures that can actually run.
That means thinking about maintenance before installation. Audience movement before aesthetics. Transport before finish. It means asking practical questions early, so projects don’t unravel later.
We have built within listed buildings where nothing permanent can be altered. We have built for touring productions that need to assemble in hours. We have built installations that must run repeatedly without failure. Each context demands restraint as much as creativity.
Our role is not to impose a signature style. It is to understand what a project needs to be, and then build it properly.
The result should feel simple to the audience and manageable to the team responsible for it. When the work is doing its job, nobody is thinking about how it was made.
That’s usually a good sign.

Perim Isisag
Co-Director & Art Director
Perim co-founded Full Set Productions and leads the scenic and artistic side of many of the company’s projects. Specialising in scenic painting, finishing and visual detailing, he transforms raw builds into believable environments. From ageing props and creating realistic textures to developing the final look of a space, Perim’s work ensures every project feels immersive and visually cohesive.

Richard Hanrahan
Digital & Strategy Advisor
Richard supports Full Set Productions on the digital and strategic side of the business. Working across website development, online presence and broader business strategy, he helps refine how the company presents itself and reaches new clients. His input helps ensure the studio’s projects are backed by a strong and effective digital presence.

Merlin Kerr
Electronics & Systems Technician
Specialising in the technical side of immersive experiences, Merlin designs and installs the electronics that power our games and interactive props. From wiring puzzle mechanisms and sensors to integrating lighting, audio and control systems, they ensure every installation works reliably behind the scenes. If a prop lights up, moves, unlocks or reacts to players, chances are he helped bring it to life.
