Every project is different, but our approach is consistent. We work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and design with real-world use in mind—balancing creative ambition with practical delivery.
Our work spans escape rooms, immersive attractions, temporary installations, and scenic builds for live performance. While the contexts vary, the way we approach projects is shaped by a few simple principles: clarity, collaboration, and practicality.
We see our role as a partner rather than a supplier. That means listening carefully, asking the right questions early, and shaping solutions that fit both the creative intent and the operational reality of a project.
Starting with Context
We begin by understanding context rather than jumping straight to solutions. This might include learning about the audience, the space, operational constraints, touring requirements, or wider organisational goals.
In many cases, this early stage helps clarify what is genuinely needed—and just as importantly, what is not. When appropriate, we support projects through consultancy and feasibility work before any commitment to design or build.
Designing with Real Use in Mind
Design decisions are always informed by how an experience or build will be used in practice. This includes considering visitor flow, staffing, maintenance, accessibility, and longevity alongside creative intent.
Whether designing an immersive environment, an interactive installation, or scenic elements for live performance, we aim for clarity and reliability. Experiences should feel engaging and intuitive for audiences, and manageable for the teams running them.
Collaborative Build & Delivery
Build and delivery are collaborative processes. We work closely with clients, designers, directors, and production teams to ensure what is built supports the wider project rather than existing in isolation.
For touring, temporary, or festival-based work, particular care is given to durability, transport, and ease of setup. For permanent installations, we prioritise long-term reliability and straightforward operation.
Testing, Handover, and Support
Before handover, systems and builds are tested under realistic conditions wherever possible. This helps identify issues early and ensures teams feel confident using what has been delivered.
Clear documentation and walkthroughs form part of the handover process, supporting smooth day-to-day operation. Where required, we also provide ongoing support, maintenance, or upgrades as projects evolve.
